DISBURSEMENTS ON TIME

We provide mid-month or monthly disbursements to suit your requirements. You’ll receive a detailed statement with your disbursement, and an End of Financial Year Statement. 

MAINTENANCE ATTENDED TO PROMPTLY

We use a state-of-the-art cloud based maintenance system, which ensures our landlords are kept up-to-date with any maintenance and or repairs in progress.  If a tenant reports a maintenance issue or we see an issue at a routine inspection we promptly organise trades to repair.

Tenants can also lodge maintenance request from their tenant portal app. 

ROUTINE INSPECTIONS

We conduct routine inspections every 6 months. The owner is provided with a highly-detailed, written and photographic routine condition report.

24/7 ONLINE ACCESS TO YOUR PROPERTY FILE

As we believe in offering transparency to our clients, we invite our owners to access our online "Owners Portal." This provides immediate and up-to-date access to view and or download the following: 

• Statements
• Invoices
• Activity reports for maintenance and inspections
